🕒 How to Get It

  1. Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and ask for an assessment.
  2. Have an ACAT assessment at home to discuss your needs.
  3. Wait for your support to be assigned. This can take months, so ask about short-term help while you wait. See our guide on what to do while you wait.

💰 What Will I Pay?

Most people pay a small daily fee. Depending on your income, you might be asked to pay more. This is called an 'income-tested fee'.
